What if a booth Representative hasn't received their invitation email?
- If a Representative hasn't received an invitation email for your Hiring Event, please reach out to Radancy Support to resend the email via help request or Live Chat Support.

How do I enable drop-off notes for my booth?
- A Drop-Off Note allows candidates/attendees to send messages to a designated team member outside of an event chat. If your booths have lengthy wait lists or are Content Only, Drop-Off Notes are a great method to let visitors engage with your team without actually chatting. A Radancy Administrator or a Booth Owner can enable a booth's Drop-Off Note.

How can I prevent subtitles from overlapping text on my landing page?
If you’re using the Legacy landing page, subtitles are limited to 50 characters. Longer text may cause overlap. For more flexibility, we recommend switching to the Landing Page Builder, which offers more customization and avoids formatting issues.
